1. MORE SPACE (500 sq. ft. more!)
2. Back yard
3. Garage
4. All the natural light in the kitchen (our old kitchen had none)
5. Double sinks in the master bath
6. Skylight in the family room
7. It's on a cul-da-sac
8. My cozy reading/studying nook
9. Walk-in closet in the master bedroom
10. Nicer neighborhood
