I've decided to dedicate the lists of this month to our upcoming move....in 3 short weeks!

Up first:

Things I Won't Miss About Our Townhouse
1. The HOA hounding us about trivial things
2. The swearing teens that hang out at the neighborhood park (and pool)
3. The leaky roof
4. Not having a garage
5. Not having a yard
6. The lack of space
7. The loud gardeners 3 times a week
8. The dumpster right outside our unit (and the crap people dump on the side of it)
9. Sharing walls with neighbors
10. Not having a recycling bin (we currently have to drive to a recycling center)
